Performance Personnel seeks a CNC Mill Operator in Wichita, KS.

You must have 1-2 years of recent CNC Mill work experience for this position.

Primary Job Duties :

• Set up machines : Building tools, setting tools, and work offsets.
• Load and unload parts to keep machines running efficiently.
• Prove out programs as required to support production.
• Assist elsewhere in the shop as needed.
• Inspects parts being produced mechanically and visually by using a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, gage pins, and thread gages as required for the purpose of meeting blueprint, work order engineering, or customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping using the company shop floor system.
• Maintain a clean workstation; daily sweeping, decluttering, and replacing shop materials / tools to appropriate designated areas.

The current schedule is 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 PM, but may be switched to 3 days a week for 12 hours.
