Healthcare Recruiter (Novato)

Respected non-profit healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinician Recruiter to join their team. As a key Liaison to the clinical leadership team, your role is instrumental : from identifying and attracting candidates to extending offers, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ultimately ensuring successful hires.

This role provides the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule : 3 days / week on site in Novato.

The Clinician Recruiter will

• Partner directly with Clinical Leadership to attract and hire - implement a comprehensive physician recruitment program
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers; deliver best in class applicant experience
• Screen and assess candidates' suitability; coordinate interviews, site visits, and follow-up meetings
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
• Identify hiring incentives and other incentive program opportunities
• Develop job descriptions; create effective, compelling job postings
