[job_card.job_description]Evaluate scopes of work and project plans; provide recommendations for process enhancements and operational improvements. Prepare and maintain detailed project trackers, timelines, and status documentation. Identify, assess, and resolve gaps in processes and project execution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics for internal and client audiences. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal control frameworks. Interpret financial and legal entity documentation across multiple domains and jurisdictions, as required. Rapidly develop expertise in proprietary products, platforms, and client business lines through complex engagements. Apply a strong understanding of regulatory and financial services concepts to support client solutions. Supervise, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and professional growth. Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct formal performance evaluations. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across junior and senior team members, cross-functional partners, and vendors. Exposure to derivatives trading is preferred. Familiarity with KYC constitutional documentation and onboarding processes. Solid understanding of financial services firms and investment management operations. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to clients and senior stakeholders. High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and process discipline. Ability to collaborate effectively with both junior and senior team members in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
