Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Hands-on experience in SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), data collation including the Rack Ticket feature using Process Ticket.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Lead the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness; provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live.
