Job Title : Automotive Service Writer – Superstar Opportunity

Location : Oswego, IL

Open 7 days a week with a 5 day work schedule. Must be available to work weekends.

Salary : 80K - 120K

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Face of the Shop : Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, building long-lasting relationships.
  • Answer Inquiries with Confidence : Use proven presentations and a “get the car across the curb” mentality.
  • Build & Present Estimates : Review every vehicle, provide clear solutions, and earn customer trust.
  • Achieve Targets : Meet margin goals and contribute to shop profitability.
  • Problem-Solve with Integrity : Help customers make the best investment in their vehicles.

  • Assist in Operations : Help with opening / closing procedures and daily accounting tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • No felony convictions.
  • Previous experience in automotive service writing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
