What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and an integral part of our growing cost management practice. Your responsibilities will include :

• Cost Management & Negotiation – Lead cost control efforts, oversee contingencies, and manage change orders with confidence.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop and manage project budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting, and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Project Controls – Track invoices, monitor financial compliance, and maintain accurate cost tracking systems.
• Reporting – Deliver progress reports, earned value updates, and cost reconciliations that clients rely on.
• Contract Administration – Review proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Client Support – Partner with project managers on RFPs, supplier coordination, and schedule monitoring.
• Project Closeout – Lead the closeout process and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.
