Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate a strategic vision for market capture and pricing strategy
Lead a team of sales executives to develop a strategic sales plan for risk solutions
Own revenue growth through relationship building and client acquisition
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B Insurance Sales experience
10+ years in sales leadership
5+ years' experience with insurance carriers and solution providers
Proven track record of leading teams that exceed sales goals
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
