Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clinical team leaders, coaching them on leadership and operational complexities
Design and implement scalable team structures in collaboration with Clinical Operations, leading change initiatives
Drive performance cycles and talent planning with a focus on equity and continuous development
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or healthcare organization
Ability to make sound decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
Experience in change leadership and project management
Deep understanding of Labor and Employment law with a balanced approach to growth and accountability
Genuine passion for expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare
