What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be our customers' friendly voice and first point of contact. Your key responsibilities include:

• Answering customer calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently
• Providing accurate information about our services and pricing
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and appointments

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with various tasks. You feel good about ensuring our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
