MANAGER PROGRAM

DIRECT OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF NAVIGATOR PROGRAM. CONSISTENTLY ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE ENROLLEE SATISFACTION, SAFETY, ADVOCACY AND DELIVERY OF OPTIMUM LEVEL OF SERVICES. ENSURE EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICES RENDERED DURING DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE NAVIGATOR PROGRAM.

MINIMUM EDUCATION :

  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE REQUIRED. MASTER’S DEGREE PREFERRED

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE : DEMONSTRATE A MINIMUM OF 8-10 YEARS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF CAPABILITIES :

  • MANAGE A STAFF
  • FACILITATING PROGRAM START-UP
  • MANAGE PROGRAMS
  • COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
  • GRANT MANAGEMENT HUMAN SERVICE AND HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCES
