Insurance project BA – 1 position

RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL

Help create &document product roadmap w / project lead, LOB product manager and variousstakeholders

Gatherrequirements

Help create userroles and / or personas

Write userstories w / acceptance criteria

Collaborate withUX / UI designer on wireframes

Create BRDs (whennecessary for stakeholders outside of the Innovation Group)

Help estimate andprioritize requirements w / product owner & tech lead

Backlog grooming

Sprint planning

During sprint

Answerdevelopers’ questions

Help with QA andUAT

SKILLS

GENERAL :

Agile as well asWaterfall software development experience

Experienceworking with a corporate environment

Strong productmanagement experience in addition to BA skills.

Must be proactivein dealing with product management and lead project team in absence of productmanagement’s direct involvement

Someone who isable to work with a product manager in defining product vision when necessary

Expert at writinguser stories as well as filling out BRDs

A self-starterwho does not have to be supervised in order to produce results

Intelligentproblem solver

Highly articulateand able manage opinionated stakeholders

Interested infintech

PROJECTSPECIFIC

Experienceworking with a corporate environment (large company setup)

Prior experienceworking at a startup desirable

Familiaritywith the following technologies

Mobile (bothAndroid and iOS)
