Remote Call Center Nurse RN

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN to join their HouseCalls team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on referral-related issues

Ensure members have scheduled appointments with their Primary Care Provider and assist with scheduling if needed

Provide patient education on disease processes and assist with connections to community resources

Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence

3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting

Computer proficiency to enter and retrieve data in electronic clinical records

Ability to work in a production-driven environment

Dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home with access to high-speed internet
