[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency personnel as required. Support access control procedures and visitor management in accordance with location-specific guidelines. Remain alert and attentive while performing patrols and during all assigned duties, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Patrol in Idabel, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a location serving financial institutions, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence.
