A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to support their objectives throughout the customer journey
Assist customers with inquiries and product orders through various communication channels
Collaborate with Territory Managers to build long-term business relationships and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in veterinary technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
Two or more years of customer service experience in a call center environment and / or sales background
General experience in the animal health industry is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable with technology and extended hours on a computer
