NOTE: This role is 100% onsite at one of our client’s facilities in Moline, IL. Remote candidates will NOT be considered for this position.

Aquent Studios is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Associate to work on a proven team at one of our top clients in Moline, IL. This role is considered to be a first shift position, with the hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm CT. Also, this role requires the worker to be “on call” once each month (on evenings and weekend). Some travel between the local client facilities may be required on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
• Knowledge of computer security policies and a general overall knowledge of computer security concepts
• 1 year or more IT experience preferred
• Experience with IT Support in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
