This is a high-impact role focused on delivering exceptional trip support services, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint in international aviation operations.

What You'll Do

• Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring seamless trip execution and unmatched service.
• Deliver Excellence: Lead quality assurance for all client trips, proactively resolving issues and ensuring operational precision.
• Be the Expert: Provide consultative support on WFS Trip Support products and services, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Drive Growth: Present and promote our full suite of services to existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
• Lead Collaboratively: Coordinate with operational teams, disseminate client-specific requirements, and ensure alignment across departments.
• Support Around the Clock: Provide after-hours and weekend support when needed, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.
• Represent WFS: Travel to meet clients, lead presentations, and represent the company at industry events and meetings.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in aviation operations or trip support, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and global aviation operations.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer loyalty and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership: Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Communication: Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive in high-pressure situations.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
