Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm CST (flexible). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities :
Reconcile payments from the bank to accounts balances in Specialty platformDevelop relationships with payers to obtain remits and resolve root causesAssure that timely and accurate follow up if performed on any remittance issuesIdentify issues / trends and escalate to Supervisor / Manager when assistance is neededProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersWork with offshore partners to ensure that reconciliations are complete and accurateDevelop relationships with other departments to provide feedback about root cause issuesAdhere to Regulatory / Payer Guidelines and policies & proceduresOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GEDMust be 18 years or older2+ years of experience working in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word2+ years of experience working with cash applications, billing, collections, and / or accounts receivable within the healthcare insurance industryAbility to read and interpret EOBsIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (using filters, sorting, conditional formatting, basic formulas)Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm CST (flexible) from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.Preferred Qualifications :
Specialty Pharmacy experienceKnowledge of NDC, ICD-10, and HIPAATelecommuting Requirements :

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
