A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
Provide evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy for obesity management
Conduct telemedicine visits and engage with patients through various digital platforms
Required Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner degree with recent experience in obesity medicine
Licensed to practice and prescribe, with preference for credentialing in MA, NY, TX, NJ, or IL
2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
