Present and explain insurance policies and options based upon prospective clients total needs and their personal goals. Surpass agency minimum sales expectations. Understand and complete daily self-assessment program. Master agency's lead management system. A Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is preferred but will train a good individual. Minimum 1-year prior sales experience preferred, any industry. Fantastic Attitude. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Professional phone etiquette. Capable of handling customer rejection. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Great listening and closing skills
