Pennsylvania Licensed Litigation Attorney

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Litigation team in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and respond to written discovery

Take and defend depositions and prepare and argue motions

Conduct thorough case assessments and maintain communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications

JD degree with excellent academic credentials

Admittance to practice in Pennsylvania required; New Jersey admission is a plus

Experience in professional liability, general liability, coverage, and Directors and Officers is advantageous but not mandatory

Strong organizational and time management skills
