Document Specialist

Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)

12 / 29 / 2025 - 12 / 28 / 2026

Shift -

Mon-Fri / 7AM-3PM (

Overtime : Possible depending on workload)

Interview Type : In-person group interviews (Wednesday / Thursday mornings at 9 AM)

Job Duties

Separate and open incoming mail

Prep documents for scanning

Perform glass copying

Complete additional tasks as assigned

Lift items weighing 10 50 lbs

Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting

Bring your own lunch (30 minute lunch break)

Access to vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves

Workplace Rules

Cell phones must be on silent and stored in a locker

Phones cannot be on the floor violation may result in termination

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic PC and typing skills

Ability to read and understand instructions in English

Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships

Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and pace

Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels

Ability to manage moderate stress for extended periods

Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (floor to waist, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)

Preferred Experience

Experience in a similar industry

Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment
