Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of our assisted living communities. This strategic leadership role is critical in ensuring exceptional resident care, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple assisted living communities in the region.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance quality of care, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to community managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, marketing, and administrative departments.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and enhancing service offerings.

Regional Director of Operations Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care operations.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in assisted living.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
