We are seeking a skilled and motivated Banquet Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Banquet Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen area
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices are followed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while following instructions from senior chefs
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
