The newly renovated Living Room at W Hoboken is looking for a charismatic, service-driven Living Room Manager to lead operations and set the tone for one of Hoboken’s most iconic lounge spaces.

More than just a bar or lobby lounge, the Living Room is the social heartbeat of the W — a stylish, welcoming space where locals and guests connect over craft cocktails, curated bites, and dynamic programming.

The Role :

We’re looking for a true ambassador — someone who thrives on engaging with guests, building community, and elevating every interaction. The Living Room Manager is responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the bold, welcoming energy of the W brand.

• Act as the face of the Living Room, engaging guests and creating memorable moments
• Manage daily lounge operations with style and precision
• Lead, coach, and inspire a front-of-house team
