Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K

Support the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and investor relations presentations

Maintain internal controls for financial statement accuracy and support SOX compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Auditor or Senior Accountant role with SEC reporting responsibilities

Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
