Assignment Type : Locum Tenens

Location : Tiffin, OH

Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing

Shifts : 7a-7p | 7p-7a

Minimum Shift Commitment : Flexible

Credentialing Timeline : Standard (Case logs required for non-EM boarded physicians)

EMR System : Epic

Facility Snapshot

Annual ED Volume : ~19,350

ED Beds : 14

Staffing Model : 24-hour MD coverage with 10 hours of APP support

Patients Per Hour : ~2.3

Admission Orders : Covered separately

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification : ABEM preferred

Will consider ABIM or ABFM with recent EM experience and proof of 24 months of ED case logs

Certifications : Must maintain current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS

Experience : Prior emergency medicine experience in a fast-paced ED setting is required

Licensure : Active Ohio medical license required or eligibility
