Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries through chat support and handle entry-level support tickets
Triage incoming tickets, identify trends, and escalate complex issues to internal departments
Document member interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues effectively
Required Qualifications
Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree
0-1 years of professional experience in customer support or related field
Extremely organized and able to learn new platforms quickly
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
