A company is looking for a Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee global payroll processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
Develop and maintain payroll policies, documentation, and accounting journal entries
Collaborate with the People Team and manage relationships with third-party payroll providers to improve payroll processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in payroll, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Expertise in payroll legislation, regulations, and accounting practices
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Proven track record of process improvement in payroll functions
