A company is looking for a Contracts Lawyer to manage all contracting processes and support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including customer and vendor contracts

Develop and maintain contract templates and advise internal teams on contract terms

Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across commercial and government contracts

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school

Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction

5+ years of experience in technology contracting, in-house or at a law firm

Working knowledge of commercial and public-sector contracting frameworks

Ability to operate independently with minimal legal infrastructure
