A company is looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead and deliver high-quality solutions to clients while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Define project requirements and collaborate with internal teams and clients

Manage defect resolution processes and maintain project quality and client satisfaction

Lead the development of new features and ensure adherence to best coding practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in cloud software development and managing complex projects

Solid understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies

Proficiency in RESTful APIs, PHP, HTML / JavaScript / CSS, and relational databases

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers
