We are seeking a Senior Technical Designer – Women’s Petite to join a growing apparel brand based in San Francisco, CA . This is a full-time, onsite, direct hire role for a highly experienced technical design professional with deep expertise in Petite fit and denim .

This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional fit, quality, and consistency across the Petite assortment. The Senior Technical Designer will own fit and garment construction for exclusively developed product, partnering cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and global vendors. Create and manage detailed tech packs and fit comments for domestic and overseas vendors

Support wear testing, fit metrics tracking, and technical design tools

Manage vendor relationships and resolve production-related fit challenges

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

8+ years of experience in Women’s Technical Design

Deep understanding of Petite fit, grading, garment construction, washes, and fabrication

Proficiency in 2D pattern software, Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, and MS Office

Experience working directly with domestic and overseas factories

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
