The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our organic social channels, leading both content and strategy to support engagement and brand visibility.

They will also support broader brand initiatives, including promo campaigns, photo and video shoots, and media outreach efforts. They partner with the Brand Manager on brand reviews, research, and other key tasks that contribute to the marketing team's success.

Key responsibilities include :

• Own day-to-day management of Vari's organic social channels, including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement. Partner with Creative team on relevant content creation.
• Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including drafting messaging, coordinating creative assets, and prepping channel-specific deliverables.
• Manage coordination between creative, product, and marketing to keep campaign deliverables on time.
• Support PR efforts such as tracking media coverage, preparing briefing documents, and assisting with product seeding logistics.
• Jump into ad-hoc marketing needs : from updating website content to supporting product launches, based on team priorities.
• Maintain checklists, track readiness status, and support cross-team communication to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
