Data Analyst (BI Focus) Bilingual (EnglishKorean)

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in Business Finance Information Systems Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a data / business analyst Data Analyst or in a process improvement role
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
• Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities setting priorities managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results
• Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
• A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end
• Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics businesses and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially pertaining to sales operations logistics system and financial functions
• Korean / English speaking bilingual highly preferred
