[job_card.job_description]With a current Practising Certificate Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills & Estates law Excellent communication and client management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience) Quick Career progression to Senior Lawyer Exposure to a wide network of legal professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections. Good level of flexibility - implemented a work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home. Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups Social environment and numerous staff events / Weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events.

About The Role :
- Drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
- Advising clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
- Conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
- Managing and resolving disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including senior lawyers and support staff, to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Participating in professional development activities, staying abreast of industry trends, and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.
