HealthTronics offers a rare opportunity for licensed Radiologic Technologists who want to work smarter, not harder. Imagine finishing most days by 2 PM, working just 3-4 days a week, and still earning full-time pay with benefits. No weekend rotations. No overnight shifts. No micromanagement.

We provide paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)—a specialized, non-invasive procedure for treating kidney stones. You'll work independently alongside top Urologists, traveling to partner hospitals and surgery centers in your company vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Become an ESWL expert with paid training (no prior lithotripsy experience required!)

• Travel to partner hospitals & surgical centers in the San Diego area—enjoy your favorite podcast or music on the drive

• Assist Urologists in lithotripsy procedures, ensuring accurate patient positioning and imaging

• Set up mobile lithotripsy equipment (we provide all tools and training—no daily load/unload required)

• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols and HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For

✔ ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license

✔ New grads welcome! We provide paid training and mentorship

✔ Independent and reliable—comfortable working autonomously

✔ Detail-oriented and tech-savvy—comfortable with EMR & modern imaging equipment

✔ Strong communication skills—you'll collaborate with physicians and OR staff

✔ Valid driver's license—travel required, but we provide the vehicle

✔ Ideally located near Temecula, Murrieta, or Lake Elsinore to minimize commute
