Line Cook

The 130 Club  is seeking a talented, experienced Line Cook to be a part of our team. This is an excellent position for those looking to expand their culinary knowledge and skills in this expanding restaurant. Duties / Qualifications

• Ability to cook desired meat and seafood items to restaurant standard
• 5 year minimum experience working in a professional kitchen
• Team Player, Punctual, Sense of Urgency, Efficiency, Knife Skills are necessary
• Set up station according to restaurant standards and guidelines to ensure a smooth, efficient service
• Understand the menu to estimate food requirements and procure food from storage
• Read and follow recipes provided with precision to ensure efficient production
