DaVita is seeking a Clinical Manager/Coordinator, RN who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center! You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Do you desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way - the way you'd want your own care to be?

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes

• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs

• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification

• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis

• Charge RN readiness approval required

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred

• CNN/CDN certification a plus

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
