Your Role

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford and mixed-make vehicles to OEM standards

Perform inspections, advanced diagnostics, and full system evaluations

Execute preventive maintenance (fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups) and complex repairs (electrical, powertrain, drivability)

Document findings and repairs with precision; communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers

Follow all safety / compliance procedures and protect the customer and the brand

Stay current on evolving technology, scan tools, service information, and bulletins

What You Bring

4+ years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)

Strong mechanical / electrical diagnostic skills; proficiency with scan tools and OEM service info

ASE certifications preferred (we'll help you advance)

OEM certifications ; Ford certification a major plus

Consistent flag-hour production with clean comebacks history

High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean MVR
