Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives by leading high-priority projects across multiple functions

Optimize executive impact through managing CEO's priorities and preparing materials for meetings

Conduct deep research and analysis to inform strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of professional experience, including 2+ years at a premier management consulting firm

MBA from a top business school or equivalent advanced degree

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects

Technical fluency to engage with engineering and product teams

Healthcare industry experience or interest preferred but not required
