Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to define functional and timeline requirements and collaborate with other sites/teams to drive towards common solutions which will become Tesla's "best practices"
Be able to manage multiple action items across all departments and systems while managing stakeholder expectations and generating consensus on changes
Ensure all elements of solution delivery are planned and accounted for: business analysis, technical design, development & validation, organizational change management, training, documentation, and more
Proactivelyidentifyimprovement opportunities (potential gaps between processes and systems) across all quality systems functions, developing tools that allow for visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Perform training to various functions on new roll outs and functionality changes andparticipatein internal auditing tomonitorprogress towards goals
Business point of contact for users for day-to-day queries and adoption andmonitorhealth of system and data quality
Bachelor's in Physical Sciences Discipline, or equivalent experience
Engineering background or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields: (1) Business Process Analysis, (2) Process and Procedural Design andminimum of 3yearsexperiencein a manufacturing and/or Quality System role
Prefererknowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System
Experienceas a Lead Auditor, team player, collaborator across diverse functional groups, and high attention to details
Strongverbal and written communication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of the data and systems and must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Ability to drive actionable, pragmatic solutions to ensure project completion,demonstratedtrack recordof taking initiatives anddeliveringresults, comfortable with making decisions with incomplete information, andadaptabilityand willingness to learn and grow
