Senior Experiential Producer

Impact XM is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to lead the development and delivery of immersive, high-impact experiences across live and hybrid events. Reporting to the Director of Event Production, you will manage large, complex experiential programs, including AV, talent, interactive engagements, exhibits, and custom creative concepts. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams from concept through execution, ensuring events are delivered flawlessly and on budget.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee production of AV, lighting, staging, interactive elements, and other deliverables from concept through onsite execution.
• Provide live production direction and ensure project goals, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications, storyboards, and high-level wireframes as needed.
• Assist Account teams with proposals, including project scopes, budgets, timelines, talent bios, scripts, and creative deliverables.
• Proactively manage fast-moving, complex projects, keeping internal teams and third-party vendors on schedule and budget.
• Create and manage budgets for multiple deliverables within each project or program.
• Support creative teams by providing expertise, researching new technologies, and contributing to concept development.
• Produce all elements of experiential projects for hybrid and live events, including:
  • Digital media development
  • Audio-visual support
  • Lighting and video production
  • Custom experiential concepts
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including creative directors, art directors, copywriters, developers, technical leads, and account teams.
• Allocate and monitor technical and financial resources to meet project objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered onsite at tradeshows, meetings, and events (travel may exceed 25% during peak seasons).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience as an Experiential Producer for live and hybrid events.
• Proven expertise managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams in experiential, tradeshow, or event environments.
• Experience in onsite installation and delivery of activations.
• Strong knowledge of digital and virtual event platforms, streaming solutions, and videoconferencing tools a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with creative software a plus.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, accounting, and financial processes for event production.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and Canada, and occasionally internationally.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus but not required.
