Part-Time Partner Success Associate

A company is looking for a Part-Time Associate, Partner Success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily virtual support to school district partners using programs and services

Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for partner inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems

Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for new partners in collaboration with the Implementation Team

Required Qualifications

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Salesforce and presentation platforms is a plus

Ability to work remotely and adapt to a decentralized staffing structure

Demonstrated understanding of how the role fits into the organization and its mission
