Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee the coordination and facilitation of moving a warehouse and setting up a new one on-site. This role involves extensive planning and scheduling with various vendors and requires experience in operations and process flow improvement. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the project, capable of creating PowerPoint presentations, and possess excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with executives and investors.

$130,000 - $145,000

6 month minimum - potential to go permanent

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term roadmaps for site transfers, aligning facility changes with corporate growth and sustainability goals.
• Lead the verification of all building and asset information, ensuring accurate transfer into new CAFM systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and external vendors.
• Manage multi-million-pound budgets, focusing on cost-effective procurement and mitigating hidden costs.
• Ensure all sites meet updated environmental, health, and security standards, including sustainability reporting and fire safety regulations.
• Leverage AI-driven project intelligence and real-time dashboards to monitor progress and predict bottlenecks during the transfer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00 / hr.
