Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an oncology or specialty nursing setting
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with electronic health records (Cerner preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with lung screening programs
• Knowledge of oncology navigation services
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Certification in oncology nursing (OCN) or related specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
• Proven track record in oncology patient care
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a specialized setting

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current BLS certification
• Ability to travel as needed for assignments
• Willingness to work scheduled hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment
• No local candidates within 50 miles of the job location

This opportunity offers competitive pay at $51.82 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
