Your Mission

As an Archer Health PT, you are the architect of a patient’s recovery. You will provide skilled therapy services in the most meaningful environment possible—the patient's home.

Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Assessment : Evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status; assess muscle strength, mobility, gait, and ROM.

Plan of Care : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and our interdisciplinary team.

Home Environment Safety : Evaluate the home for hazards and recommend modifications or assistive devices to ensure patient safety.

Education : Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic exercises and the use of appliances (orthotics, prosthetics, etc.).

Supervision : Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure a cohesive care journey.

Clinical Excellence : Maintain accurate, timely documentation (point-of-care) that reflects the high standards of our 5-star rating.

Qualifications :

Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).

Licensure : Current, unrestricted California Physical Therapist License.

Certification : Current BLS / CPR Certification.

Experience : Previous home health experience is highly preferred; experience with high-acuity patients is a plus.

Mobility : Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Communication : Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
