Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Team

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and support. You will interact with employees and visitors, respond to situations as needed, and embody our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, all while maintaining a secure environment through visible patrols and proactive communication.

Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Time : Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor site conditions and report irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences, according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Support access control by observing entrances, checking credentials when necessary, and helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
