My Care Clinic is seeking an experienced, patient-centered MD, DO, FNP, or PA to join our expanding primary care team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a provider who values continuity of care, a strong clinical support system, and the ability to develop meaningful, long-term patient relationships within a growing community practice.
Position Overview
As a Primary Care Provider at My Care Clinic, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive health evaluations, and collaborate closely with our care team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. You will have consistent weekly shifts, a reliable workload, and the support of an efficient clinical staff.
Schedule & Structure
Part-time : 20+ hours per week
Set clinic days : Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Clinic hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Full-day shifts with consistent patient flow

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care services, including routine exams, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and preventive screenings.
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
Review labs, imaging, and diagnostic results; communicate findings clearly to patients and document appropriately.
Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to ensure efficient patient flow and coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
Foster a welcoming, supportive experience for patients and their families.
Qualifications
Licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA in the state of Georgia.
3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a comparable outpatient setting strongly preferred.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient education, and preventative care.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, dedicated team.
