Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Two years of overall nursing experience and one year of experience in the specialty is required. Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred. The position requires a commitment to patient-centered care. Candidates should be competent in managing complex patient needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating patient care. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs. The position involves caring for adult and geriatric patient populations.
