About The Position

Start Date : ASAP - Credentialing up to 90 days

Location : Jackson, MI

Openings : 6 CRNAs (Permanent)

Schedule : 8, 10, & 12-hour shifts + minimal call | Weekend coverage required

Position Overview

A dynamic opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a collaborative anesthesia team in a Level II Trauma Hospital setting . This role provides autonomy, diverse case exposure, and the chance to grow within a supportive teaching environment.

Position Details

Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour day shifts (option for longer shifts)

Minimal call + weekend coverage

Full inpatient anesthesia services for all ages (infant to geriatric)

High autonomy + excellent evening shift premiums

Teaching hospital environment with strong clinical support

EMR : Epic

Start : ASAP (credentialing up to 90 days)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver IV, inhalation, and regional anesthesia

Manage airways, perform intubations, and provide perioperative care

Collaborate closely with surgical & medical teams

Maintain accurate documentation & comply with safety standards

Participate in training, education, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

AANA Certified or Board Eligible (final-year CRNA students welcome)

Completion of accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program

Active MI Nursing & Specialty Licenses (or ability to obtain)

BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA certified)

DEA & CSR / CDS (before start)

COVID & Flu vaccinations required

Clean malpractice / license history

Open to new grads, final-year students, H1B & J1 visa candidates

Not accepting 1099 or locum candidates

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary : $238,368 ($114.60 / hr)

$30,000 Sign-On Bonus
