Lead Product Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to execution and iteration

Drive clarity by distilling complex problems into simple, intuitive, and effective design solutions

Conduct user research to deeply understand the needs and behaviors of users

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio

Experience building care management systems, EHRs, or clinical workflow engines

Deep expertise in UX / UI design and service design thinking

Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of research methodologies

Experience in healthcare delivery contexts, working with providers or coaches
